Through the contact form we ask for your name, email address, phone number, town and your message. We use these solely to answer your question and prepare a quote. We do not sell them and do not use them for advertising.
How long do we keep them?
Requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up your case, and after that for a maximum of seven years under the statutory retention period for invoicing.
Processors
The form email is sent through Resend and received in the mailbox at our hosting provider. The website runs on Vercel.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies. We use a cookieless visitor counter, so no cookie banner is required.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data. Email the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
